My Story

I suffered from congenital hip alignment issues that affected me from the ages of 19 to 29. Following a total of five hip surgeries throughout my 20s the issue was finally fixed. However, my body was left in a state of chronic disarray. I had developed scoliosis from years of compensatory changes to my spine.

Today I am 35 years old and pain free.  The process of fixing myself provided me with a wealth of information on how to fix chronic pain in patients, many of whom have gone through years of treatment with little to no relief.

My belief is that if a persons joints are dysfunctional, the biomechanics of movement will be altered and muscles can not function normally.  If you improve the mobility of the joints, they’re capsular structures, fascia and connective tissue, the muscular system will behave more efficiently and training will feel better, easier, and more productive.

I think this style of physical therapy manual treatment is invaluable to those looking to perform at a high athletic level for many years.   Life is a continuum of becoming stiffer, and everyone, acute or chronic, can benefit from better joint mobility.
